At AesTonic, we prioritize your safety and understanding. Before any procedure, we ensure you are fully informed about the treatment, expected results, potential risks, and aftercare requirements.


Medical Procedures

All treatments at AesTonic are medical procedures performed by or under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals. While our goal is to provide aesthetic improvement, the practice of medicine is not an exact science, and no guarantees can be made regarding the results.


You will be asked to sign a specific consent form for your chosen treatment (e.g., Botox, Dermal Fillers, Microneedling) at the time of your appointment. This form will detail the specific risks and benefits associated with that procedure.


Common Risks & Side Effects

While complications are rare, all medical-aesthetic procedures carry some degree of risk. Common temporary side effects include:


  • Injection Sites: Redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, or itching.
  • Skin Treatments: Temporary redness, peeling, dryness, or sensitivity to sunlight.


Please inform your provider immediately if you experience excessive pain, discoloration (blanching), or signs of infection.


Photography Consent

Clinical photography is an essential part of your medical record to track progress. We take "Before & After" photos for every treatment.


Medical Record (Mandatory)

Photos are stored securely in your HIPAA-compliant chart and are strictly for medical monitoring.

Marketing Use (Optional)

With your explicit written permission, we may use de-identified photos for our website or social media to showcase results.


Email and Text Message (Optional)

With your explicit written permission, you may receive text messages.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us. If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as appointment reminders, and expiring ASPIRE points.

Pregnancy & Health Conditions

For your safety, many treatments cannot be performed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. You must disclose your full medical history, including:


  • Current medications and supplements (especially blood thinners).
  • History of cold sores (HSV-1) if having lip treatments or laser.
  • Autoimmune disorders or active infections.
  • Recent surgeries or other aesthetic treatments.
